Competition Format Instructions (please follow strictly)

All contestants must have their name, address, telephone number and email address (where available) clearly shown on the first page of their manuscripts. All pages must be individually numbered in a continuum, i.e. don’t start from page one (1) with each new chapter.

Contestants sending MSS via email to our Submissions Department MUST copy and paste their work in the body of the email. Emails with attachments WILL BE DELETED UNOPENED. Contestants not adhering to these regulations will be automatically disqualified. Contestants sending their MSS to our Editor Department WILL be electronically spam-checked. Any electronically suspected MSS will automatically be blocked before it reaches the Editor and DELETED. MSS meant for the Submissions Department (as indicated in the submission guidelines) will be automatically DELETED when sent to the Editor Department and vice versa. Please adhere to the Competition Format Instructions to avoid all misunderstandings and disappointments.
